Our Process

Drop us a line on the CONTACT US tab with your event date and we will check the calendar before responding.

The initial consultation will be via phone, unless prior arrangements are made to meet elsewhere. This is meant to learn about your event and what package/enhancers you are looking for, and to also include backdrop, frame, and prop preferences.

Officially get on our books!  There is a $450 retainer due upon signing the Rental Agreement & Service Contract. Once the retainer and a signed copy of the contract have been received, you will receive confirmation your event date has been RESERVED. The retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE. 

We will be in contact to iron out the details and provide proofs to approve, if applicable.  

The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to the event date. Once the final payment has been received, you will receive confirmation your event date has been BOOKED. If the balance has not been received by 21 days prior to the event date, Lakes Region Mirror Me Booth reserves the right to cancel services and NO refund will be given.

The final conference shall be scheduled to occur within 2 weeks of your event. It will take place via phone, unless prior arrangements are made to meet elsewhere. It is meant to confirm contract expectations will be met and details about your event are on track.  

We will be there as planned and are excited to spend your special day with you!
